Hello Backers! Great News! We have been notified by our freight forwarder that the Carbon Ice Pillows have arrived at the Port here in New York. We have been advised that there is some congestion at the port due to the backlog from Coronavirus. We expect to get word next week that the goods are released and on the way to our warehouse. As soon as the pillows arrive, we will start shipping them out to you! As previously announced, we have already shipped out over 1000 pillows to our happy backers in the 1st batch. We do appreciate your patience as we do our best to get back up to speed during the Pandemic and the limits it put on us. Hello backers! Great News! 2000 Carbon Ice Pillows have just been released from the port in China by our Shipping company. In addition, 1000 additional Carbon Ice Pillowcases were shipped as well. This 2nd and last batch are scheduled to arrive at our New York port in 35 days. Once they arrive, we will be shipping out pillows to those backers who may not have received their perks yet. As previously announced, we have already shipped out over 1000 pillows to our happy backers in the 1st batch. We continue to do our best under the current circumstances of the Coronavirus Pandemic, and we do appreciate your patience. We hope that you are all well and safe in this very uncertain time. It has been a very difficult situation for everyone and we are doing our best as a company to provide updates and information.
Our offices and warehouse are located in New York and due to the current Government mandated orders of a shutdown to help stop the spread of the Coronavirus, we have limited to no access to our physical warehouse. We know that there will be shipping delays and we do apologize as this Coronavirus is out of our control. The good news is that our manufacturing partner in China is back to work and currently making more product. Once we are able to go back to work in our warehouse, we will immediately begin shipping out perks to all of the backers.
We appreciate you backing our campaign and we ask that you please be patient during this current health crisis of the Coronavirus Pandemic.

Due to the Coronavirus, unfortunately we will be experiencing some delays as we prepare our next batch of Carbon Ice pillows. The Chinese government in conjunction with the World Health Organization and CDC are currently implementing widespread efforts to contain, quarantine and prevent the spread of the virus on a massive scale. Many companies are projecting significant production setbacks as well as critical links within their global supply chains either severed or suspended due to the Coronavirus epidemic. Unfortunately, this will impact our current shipping schedule to a degree, though it is still too early to accurately assess/forecast.
As you know, we have already shipped over 1000 pillows to our backers. The good news is since we already have a finalized molding and tooling, we will be able to resume the manufacturing process as soon as the factory workers are allowed to return to work. The safety and well-being of our manufacturing partners and their families is our top priority. We are thankful and pleased to report that our team based in Guangzhou city is safe and healthy, as well as our manufacturing partners in the Guangdong province.
We will continue to be in constant communication with our manufacturing partners and suppliers – and will keep you all informed as information comes in.
