Hello backers! Great News! The Carbon Ice Pillows have arrived at the port in the United States. They will soon be shipped by truck to the warehouse and we can now advise that we will start shipping the pillows out to all the backers within the next 10 days! We are so excited to get the amazing Carbon Ice Pillows to you so you can experience the Maximum Comfort and Bacteria Defense for yourselves. Great News! As many of you now know, we have sent out our Backerkit Carbon Ice Surveys. You can get additional pillows and great discounts on other exciting products from Z-Comfort. If you did not see your survey, please check your email, so you don’t miss out on the savings. Fill out the survey to get access to incredible deals on additional pillows and other awesome products from Z-Comfort! We did encounter some delays with our manufacturer and Chinese New Year. We can now update that we will begin shipping out the Carbon Ice Pillow and perks to you in mid-February. The good news is we can assure you that our team was able to get our Carbon Ice Pillows on the freight ship before the holiday started and is scheduled to arrive to the U.S. at the end of the month. Our team then is scheduled to unload the container from the port at the end of January. It will very quickly be transited to our warehouse and ready to ship to you. As that time approaches, we will send out to you tracking information as your perks get ready to ship.
